DIVE TOY
• All toys intended for diving and underwater games must carry this warning:
WARNING: ALL UNDERWATER GAMES ARE DANGEROUS, USE ONLY SUPERVISION OF AN EXPERIENCED SWIMMER. DO NOT USE IN SHALLOW WATER
•  Must have toy safety reports to AS/NZS ISO 8124 - parts 1, 2 & 3 (NB For Part 1, only the AS/NZS version is acceptable).
Hard plastic dive toys can be particularly dangerous, as refraction effects often give a misleading illusion of the position of the toy under the water. Severe eye and facial injuries have resulted from people diving into a spot that they thought  avoided the toy.
