Back of the Book

This refers to items like revenues, postal cards, fdc's, air mail's (really
a kind of middle of the book item) etc.

In the Reference section there is more on this subject but what a particular 
dealer may mean is up to them.  At least you can tell they are aware of the 
area called 'BOB' and, thus, are likely to be helpful in your search.
