The Foundation is an organization composed of other non-profit organizations, which represent appraisers and users of appraisal services.     "I worked for the US Postal Service for over 30 years and retired in 2001. I started in a management training program in Jamaica, Queens, NY. I held numerous positions in the Northeast Region including General Manager of the JFK and LaGuardia Air Mail Facilities and regional Director of Mail Processing. I moved to Postal Headquarters in 1988 as the Assistant Postmaster General for Mail Processing and Transportation. Over the next 13 years in Headquarters I worked in seven officer positions in Operations and Marketing. I joined the Smithsonian Institution in 2002 as the Director of the National Postal Museum.
