	In general these notes will serve to quide you with pricing and to
	help in forming the structure of the entire site.  Suggestions
	are welcome. It's also expected to be available in a 'hard copy'
	form and on a CD in the future.

	The 'Dealers Directory' is defined as the World Listings, Indexes 
	and The Commercial Directory (topically related).


  Elements to consider in pricing an ad or listing.


	A basic six month (renewable) listing in the Directory is free.
	An enhanced listing is as little as US$.25 (25 cents) for six months.
	A 'Paid Listing' is US$3 for six months to US$5 per year.
	Full Ads vary from $15 for 6 mo. to  $100/yr. 
	Additional advertising is available.

	Note: payment may be made to 'A.J. Ward', 2111 W. Williams  # 330, 
	Long Beach, CA, 91810 USA; California residents add 8% sales tax

	You may pay via PayPal (include additional 10% ; OR WHATEVER their 
	current business charge is of total including Calif. tax), 

	U.S.$'s; cash, 

	US$ money order or US$ check drawn on a U.S. bank or the U.S.P.S.,

	Equivalent payment in valid mint NH postage from your (or any) 
	country at the prevailing rate of the day.

	Or by a philatelic trade consideration: contact us with your 
	specific offer.

		CONTENT OF THE BASIC FREE SIX MONTH LISTING


  The general form for a free ad entry is in a 'run-on' fashion:

	Co. Name, address, Tel. #, Fax #, Telex#, Speciality Term
	(contact name, E-mail & URL addresses are paid options)

  Entry Details:

	Co. Name or personal name (included in the Dealers Index)

	Contact name (person)  - $1 extra unless it IS 
		the Co. name; includes listing in Dealers Index - 
		OR for $1.50 in both the Dealers Index and 
		the General Index.

	Address - P.O. Box OR street address; $1 additional for both.

	Phone ###-###-####, Fax ###-###-####, Telex #

	(E-mail & URL's are $1 ea. or are included 
		in a paid listing; not free)

	Speciality Term(s)  (1 free listing and 1 free cross reference 
		LINK from an index to the page of your listing; 
		additional links are $1 each.) Includes being listed in
		the General Index.



  Extras available for listings and ads:

	Contact person's name (US$1 if it's additonal to the compay name 
		which is free; additional names include being placed in 
		the Dealers Index under that person's name)

	Extra address: US$1

	Speciality Term(s): US$1 for each beyond the initial free allotment 
		includes one reference FROM the page of your 
		choice for each as long as it's relevant to that page:
			A 'free listing gets' 1, 
			A 'paid listing' gets 2, 
			A 'Paid Ad' gets 3

	E-mail address (US$1 Per address)

	URL address (at US$1 Per URL)

  You will be notified by e-mail prior to the end of a period and by 
  simply replying to the message the free portion of a listing will continue. 
  Receipt of remittence insures continuence of paid listings, enhancements 
  or ads. 

  In the event you do not have or choose not to use e-mail then YOU must write 
  to us and let us know you want your free or enhanced listing to continue.
  Paid ads are billed via e-mail or snail mail or both - your choice.

	  PAID LISTINGS (a basic fee of $3 / 6 mo. or $5 / yr.)

  As above for a free listing except e-mail, URL and two cross references 
	are included, print size is larger for the Co. Name 
	and the structure is verticle as follows:

	Co. Name  ($)
	Address (P.O. Box or street address; $1 extra for both)
	Contact #'s (one of each type: Telephone, Fax and Telex)
	Speciality(ies) (2 are included with one cross reference for each; 
		$1 for each additional speciality listings which
		includes 1 cross ref.)


  ADDITIONAL EFFECTS ABAILABLE FOR THE CO. NAME OR SPECIALLY TERM(S):
  Letter size enlarged one size $.25 (max is 2 sizes at $.50)
  Embolding $.25
  Italics $.25
  Colorization (Red or Green) $.25
  Marking (dollar sign ($), indicating a paid listing, is included

  Graphics are $5 additional each if we host them, $2 each if you host them.
	(hint: if you host it then you can change it anytime..)



  PLACEMENT (max is 5 ads per page):
  (1) top position $100/yr, $60/6 mo. (standard banner size 460 x 125)
  (2) above the 'fold' $50/yr, $30/6 mo. : 1/2 column ads (240 x 60)
  (2) below the 'fold' $30/yr, $15/6 mo. : 1/2 column ads (240 x 60)

  Includes being listed in the Advertiser's index and the Dealer's Index.
