In Season Rates: September 1. - November 30 $180 per night (two night minimum) or $950 week rate... Off season rates:$150 per night (two night minimum) or $800 week rate.
***The main house is also available for rental. It is a very spacious four bedroom / three bath with a great room, a fully equipped kitchen with wireless DSL internet connectivity, satellite television, a large outside deck with a gas powered outdoor kitchen unit and seating areas. The main house also has a front porch with four large wicker rocking chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sunset views.
In Season Rates: September 1 - November 30 $1,800
