- Was responsible for weekly payroll for both plants up
until the Kronos implementation in April 2008.

- Was responsible for preparation and billing to all
customers for both plants.
- Maintaining precise inventory data and keeping up with
receiving and issuance of items.
- Helped other departments in various excel related issues.
North
East Corridor Maintenance Services Company ("NECMSC")
Position: Finance Analyst
January 2003 through October 2006
North East Corridor Maintenance Services Company (formed
via a joint venture by Bombardier and Alstom) was responsible for the
maintenance of the Amtrak ACELA trains.
Software experience:
Spear Technologies, Oracle Financials, MS Excel, and MS Access.
Major achievements at NECMSC
- Launched the out of scope and out of contract billings to
Amtrak in 2003. Researched and billed pre-2003 events. Continued
spearheading the billings every month to Amtrak and other companies.
- As
of 2004, in charge of the mileage billing to Amtrak, and as a result was
responsible for preparing all invoicing for NECMSC to ensure on-time payment
of revenues.
- Completed various types of analysis for management and
upper management of NECMSC and Bombardier. Results were used for information and
backup in negotiations with Amtrak and third party vendors.
- Was known internally as the "Excel Consultant" for
NECMSC.
