His hands fell on the ledge of the window he looked out as the sun rised makin the sun a lighter color as it hit the dark blue sky. He rubbed his eyes and focused more on the sky. Seeing the colors blend together makin a beatufil blue site he sighed heavily and looked to his bed. Empty with the cover tossed around his pillows. Vegas sat staring at the door panting softly as JD slept next to his feet.
    "I guess its another day huh guys?" JD nugged his head against his leg softly and sighed softly. "You telling me to shutup buddy?" JD drowsily looked up at him his eyes half closed and stared for about a minute then dropping his head back to the ground. AJ looked at the clock focusing on the red numbers, 5:48 AM, another day great he thought to himself walking towards the door where Vegas stood staring. "You hungry or something?" Vegas whimpered looking at AJ with kind eyes and running down the stairs in a quick motion. "Vegas im not up for running boy." AJ said as he drowsily walked down the stairs holding the railing for support. His dog whimpered softly rubbing against his leg soon running into the kitchen sliding across the tiled floor and into his bowl knocking water onto AJs checkered kitchen floor. AJ sighed softly taking a cloth off the kitchen sink and bending down whipping the mess up. Vegas jumped on his shoulders licking his face. He pushed Vegas down softly with his hand and rubbed the dogs sticky salvia off his face feeling a zit forming under his nose . He rubbed his face and got up slowly from the floor looking into a mirror that sat on top of his silver kitchen sink. He pushed his finger against the zit as his drowsy eyes focused more on where his finger laid.
    "You'd Think these things stop coming up after puberty." He bit his bottom lip and moved his hands to the sink in order to stop picking and his already reddened zit. He starred for a minute at the picture of her on his counter and sighed feeling his face flush. He put his hand on the frame softly picking it up and taking a better look at her. Her hair was a deep brown and flowed down her shoulder and her eyes were a dark green that made her mysterious to most. But to him he knew her inside and out he knew her heart and her soul and that was part of the reason she had left him. He knew to much he was the one who reached to her inside and showed her what love was. But what she wanted wasnt love she wanted the mystery for some reason. He thought to himself that was the one thing he could never figure out. Why she fancied the mystery of herself instead of having a love as pure as theirs. He wanted her happy in the end, even know the questions still boggled his mind he decided she must've been better without him.
    Just let it go AJ stop thinking bout her he thought to himself he was always know to let his mind wonder on things like this it was horrible. Why did he think about her when he knew she wanted nothing to do with him. She wasnt ready for what he wanted and she never would be. She didnt want love she wanted lust and that was one thing Ajcouldnt live with. He shook his head trying to keep the thoughts from emerging in his head he looked down to see JD laying near his feet looking up at him with the same eyes
Vegas did a minute ago.
        "So now that your done sleeping you expect me to serve you huh? Aj said looking and his little yorkie pup. JD focused on AJs eyes watching his body to see if hed be making any move to the dog food that lay under th counter. Aj laughed at JD cautious watch and went over opening the door. "Is this what you two want so bad?" Aj addressed the two pups waving a bag of half empty IAMS puppy food in the air in front of them. They whimpered as they could smell the kibble above them and AJ poured the food cautiously into the bowls. "Now you two dont go making a mess you hear me dont think i wont give you a time out." Aj said to his dogs as they were children and began to walk up the stairs to the cold shower he had been awaiting all morning.
        Drowsily he put his hand onto the bathroom door resting a bit before he turned the handle. He lazily looked around the room seeing Vegas had torn through the trash again and Panda sleeping in the shower.
        "What you doing girl" He said addressing his sleeping Shih Tzu. She didnt move and kept her head down dreaming soundly to herself."You got a whole house and you rest in the tub go figure."
        He bent down picking her up soflty into his arms and carrying her out to his room putting her down on the bed as he looked around his room for a clean towel and some clothes to wear for today. He grabbed a pair of clean boxers not being able to decide and walked into the bathroom again with his towel. He started undressing himself slowly still drowsy from the morning hours. Again he wondered why he was up so early he didnt even need to go out with the fellas till around 3 in the afternoon. He reached for the nob to the shower to turn on the water he put it on low pressure at first as he was gettin in. The water flowed against his body cleasing him of the dirt from the day before. He felt refreshed especially because his air condition had broke making him sweat the night out. The cold water felt good against his skin, and he
ran shampoo through the little hair he had on his head from the many dying treatments. Sometimes he wondered why he even died his hair, half the time he hated how it looked He sighed to himself rising his hair out and then his body.
    He took one step out of the shower still holding onto the inside bar for balance as he was still half way asleep. He grabbed his towel from the hook and wrapped around his waist as he took his other foot out of the shower. He looked into the mirror wiping away the steam vapor that made it foggy and opened the door so the heat of the shower would clear. He could here is phone ringing from his room and wondered who might be calling so early. He thought he was the only idiot awake at 6 am.
    He walked towards his room drying his hands off with his towel and than picking the phone off its base and putting the receiver to his ear.
    "Hello?" he said somewhat drowsily still not really ready for the new day.
    "Hey AJ is Nick what you doing up?" He heard his blonde haired friend chime from the other side of the phone.
    " Well if I wasn't up don't you think the phone would've woke me buddy." AJ said in a sarcastic tone .
    " No need to go and get nasty one me, I just was calling cause you're the only one I can really talk to right now."
    "Brian has a phone just like me dawg call him he's better and helping you with your problems anyway."
    "Seriously man I need to talk too you, are you dressed." Nick paused. "Could you maybe come over?"
    "Well I'm on the verge of getting dressed.."
    "Alright awesome come on over as soon as your done." Nick replied hanging up the phone and cutting him off before he could even answer his sentence.
    AJ looked down at Panda who still slept on the bed. "Nice to know I had an option isn't it girl" he said sarcastically to his dog knowing there was no hope in her replying except for looking at him with her eyes and snuggling her nose back under the covers.
