Here's how to find your PL :
1.Get a calculator.
2.Add your weight in lbs,your height in inches and how much you can bench press in lbs together.
3.Divide the total # by 40.
4.Round it to the nearest one. EXAMPLE: If you get a 5.5,you would have to round it to 6.
5.There's your powerlevel.
