Von vs Johnny XS - Paper Rock Scissors McLin: Von throws rock ... and so has Johnny!

The crowd go 'ooooh!'

McLin: They go again! Best of three, remember folks.

Ventura: I have to imagine Johnny will play paper here. Looking back over his past season, he's 0.456 on the rock-paper combination, with a TTH twofer on the over-under split scissors movement.

Heenan: But Von's PRP defence average is quite outstanding. Bearing in mind his early open-ended scissor rotation setbacks, and with a FPK of only 87, Von has been rambunking his 0.771 average through the roof! Through the roof, Scott.

McLin: Thank you, Jesse and Bobby. Von and Static, locked in battle ... the referee makes the signal ... one .. two ... three!

Von plays paper! And Johnny plays rock!

The crowd cheer wildly as Von takes a 1-0 lead.

Ventura: Let's see the replay.

We see the super-slow-mo replay, showing Von beating Johnny with "paper".

Heenan (over the replay): Awesome manouveure, Scott! Watch Von here ... simply majestic! Reads the fake by XS, suckers him in .. then WHAM! Hits him with that classic paper form!

Ventura: I'm speechless, Bobby. Von showed his class there. Not only does it put him in a one to nothing lead, but that takes him to a seasons' best 6 over 4 high-high PLI streak.

McLin: Johnny doesn't look happy. He's calling the ref over ... he's saying Von was a split second slow on his play there!

The ref consults, over his earpiece.

Ventura: The result stands! As shown by our replay, Von's play was within the approved 1976 tolerance limits, with a QFK of just 9.45! Bubbling!

McLin: XS isn't happy, and it's showing! But he steps up to the line ... and we're go for the second throwdown!

The ref counts them in ...

McLin: One, two, three ... Von plays scissors! But Johnny plays rock again!

Heenan: SENSATIONAL! The crowd are going crazy! I haven't seen a rock-rock-rock triple-header since the Macauley-O'Hanrahanrahan play at the 1957 World Finals in Helsinki!

McLin: That makes it one apiece!

Ventura: Daring play from the supposed underdog! We're at a split game, with just one OCN play left in standard time! A hydra from XS leaving Von staring at his first GHW bartoming turnover since Day 7 of the '99 Oklahoman Cup!

McLin: Folks, the crowd are hushed, the air is electric ... I'm so excited, I have a woody. The ref is counting in the third, and final play.

The ref counts 'em in again ...

McLin: Johnny plays scissors! But Von plays rock! Incredible! Incredible! Incredible! The fans are applauding, I'm applauding, everyone here is saluting these two warriors!

The replay of the final rock-ove-scissors is replayed.

Heenan: Let's take a look at this using the Ground-Cam, Scott. Watch how Von forms the clenched fist signifying 'rock'! Easily overpowering Johnny XS, whose 'scissors' was weak, and ineffectual! Von's UIO Tarpanian integra is now 689.129, and his four-four indice is now a staggering 0.720!

Ventura: He's on course for Bob La Morte's all time four-four record of 0.887, set way back in oh-seven!

Heenan: Man, I thought that record would never go!

McLin: Folks, Johnny is raising Von's hand ... a show of respect! What a match. Von wins! Von wins! Von wins!
