Thank You, Father

Thank You for sending me Jesus-

The One Thing that I must know,

And the Bread that makes me grow,

Water for my thirsting soul always.

Thank You for sending me Jesus-

The Wealth that I may borrow,

The Path for me to follow,

The Cornerstone to build my house upon.

Thank You for sending me Jesus-

Song in this heart of mine,

Taste of Heaven s Honeywine

The tender Lamb that takes my sins away.

Thank You for sending me Jesus-

The Harvest of all my sowing,

The End of all my going,

My footsteps are returning to my Home.

Thank You for sending me Jesus-

For crying I am singing-

Heavenwards I am winging-

Thank You for His gifts, His peace, His joy. Amen.
