PURPOSE
The Spring Lake Neighborhood Association is a non-profit organization registered with the City of Omaha and the State of Nebraska, comprised of interested residents of the neighborhood and other supporting members.  Its purpose will be to inprove the neighborhood association area by:

1.   Promoting a sense of community pride and cohesiveness.
2.   Working to stop and prevent deterioration of homes and property and the loss of residents.
3.   Maintaining and enhancing residential areas and public facilities on an individual and/or group basis through various programs/activities.
4.   Developing and promoting programs to attract prospective residents to the community.
5.   Providing for a viable neighborhood safety program in conjuncrion with police and law officials/agencies; such as monitoring annd reporting unlawful activity.
6.   Supporting the local merchants and the professional community.
7.   Serving as a liaison between the neighborhood and government agencies.
8.   Working with local agencies as deemed necesary to achieve the various goals of the association.
