| Shaikh 'Umar al-Ashqar said: |
| And from this explanation
it becomes clear to us that there are two types of people who
have fallen into Kufr about which there is no doubt. The first,
the ones who legislate that which Allaah did not reveal, and
those are the ones who fabricate the laws that oppose the legislation
of Allaah they implicate it upon the people and the Ijmaa' is
upon their Kufr without doubt." –
