RE: OPPOSED to Proposed Zoning Amendment
CB-53-2005
Dear Council Member:
As a resident of Prince George's County, I am opposed to proposed zoning
amendment CB-53-2005. I believe that this
amendment will allow a bypass of the citizen review process for zoning
changes and is not in the best interest of the majority of the citizens
of this county. I also believe that this amendment is intended to
benefit single landowners or developers, not the community at large.
Please include in the record of the Council hearing that I am
in opposition to CB-53-2005 because changes
in zoning should allow for full citizen notification (including posting
of properties).
