BE FOOD SMART!
Include these in your daily food intake to boost your body power:

1. Fruits & Veggies. They�re low in fat and oozing in vitamins. Enjoy at least three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit a day.
2. Milk. Calcium gives your bones a long, strong life. Add low-fat milk to your morning cereal or enjoy a tall, nonfat latt�.
3. Cereal. A great way to jumpstart your day! It�ll power you up with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Throw in low-fat or nonfat milk and sliced fruits for an even healthier bowl!
4. Water. It fuels your digestion and metabolism, and hydrates your skin. Drink at least 8-10 glasses a day. No excuses!
