What are seances? To me they are the most effective way to reach spirits. They can do everything from making just a rap on your door, to a vision in your mind so vivid that you know that it is real. Seances are a crossing from our world into theirs with a simple word. But seances do not always go well. Sometimes if the precautions aren't taken seriously enough you can bring in a demon or just a bad spirit. Not only can you do that, if the spirit wants to talk through the medium, what can you expect?
I see that mostly when you call upon the Lord before the seance and say watch over us, you will come out with a better looking upon the unknown.
Seances back centuries ago were known as the workings of the Devil. Of course, everything back then seemed to be the work of the Devil. But these days it is an effective tool to see why they are there, and how you can help.

- A Medium: Someone to guide you through the seance.

- Any # of candles, just as long as they can be divided by three.
- A cross
- A gift. Such as bread or anything you are willing to offer.
Gather together the people who will participate. According to some sources, the number of participants should be divisible by three. But this does not seem to be an absolute rule.. You might want to choose a medium among the participants. This could be a person who has had experience with s�ances or someone who tends to have psychic abilities.
Use a round or oval table. This helps create the symbolic circle believed necessary for the ritual.In the center of the table, place your gift. Also in the center of the table, place no fewer than three candles (or a number divisible by three) lit candles; the more candles, the better.
Dim the lights and eliminate any distractions, such as music and television.Seated around the table, the participants must all join hands in a circle. The participants must speak these words together: "Our beloved [name of spirit], we bring you gifts from life into death. Commune with us, [name of spirit], and move among us." If none comes, repeat the chant until the spirit responds.
You can ask it questions, but start simply and once they get used to it, ask more complicated questions.
To End the seance just thank the spirit and break the circle and extiguish lights.
