Reviewing Weeks 14, 15 and 16
Since this is the one week I have off until I have to go back to summer school, I might as well use this time to catch up on the last three weeks. I didn't expect to do as well as I have, especially after the blowup that ruined the start of the Spring semester, but I have managed to pull through with a 3.33 GPA this time around. I did extremely well in Security and Music Appreciation, so that's something to smile about. Next week, I'll have English, Math and Communications, and after eight weeks, I'll have just 30 credits left to complete the requirements for my degree. I already have a good idea of which classes I would consider taking in the fall, and I plan to look them up in the forthcoming Fall catalog. Hopefully, I will have completed most of my General Education requirements, not counting the math class I took last summer, since the credits towards my class would not meet the requirements. I'm very excited to start summer class for the second year, and I hope it's the last time I ever have to go through this. I'm also thinking of taking a part-time job to help pay for the upcoming trip to Atlanta, since I already promised a few of my friends that I would take them someday. If you're wondering what happened to my Facebook account, I've shut it down temporarily, but I do hope to get it back up and running again. Until then, I still have MySpace, and I'm hoping to add back the friends I lost when I deleted my Facebook account. For the past few months, I've treated MySpace as a secondary account, but now that it's back to my only source for social networking, I'd definitely need to check back in more often. But I don't expect to check MySpace nearly as much as I once did Facebook, which was every day; however, I will increase the frequency of the use of my once-and-again primary account. And as an added bonus, I've switched up the appearance of my profile, from a BMW wallpaper to a Cleveland Indians one. I'm still a big fan of the Tribe, and one of the things I hope to see before I die is to see them win the World Series. And to think they came close twice (1995 and 1997)! Well, hopefully, the third time will be the charm!
