Week 3 Review
Another week has come to an end...Although it was shortened by the Labor Day weekend, I still managed to get a lot done. I'm reviewing everything I learned from my Testout CDs, and I will be moving on to all-new material next week. I should take some time out to make at least one new friend per class, and I intend to do so when I come back. I still have those index cards with the phone numbers and email addresses of my friends, so I can just flip them over and have their contact information written on the other side. Already, I've used up 10 cards, but I may just use new cards instead. As before, I will include the names, addresses, phone numbers and emails for the fields. While I'm writing this, I just received a phone call from my father, and he will be visiting next week, which can only mean one thing: I'll have to really step up my efforts to find a job. I'm planning to get a part-time position somewhere, and I hope to work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 to 1 or 2. If possible, I would also like to work on Saturdays as well. Next week will mark the 25% mark of the semester, and I have a pretty good feeling that I will have my best academic year ever! So far, my GPA stands at 3.42, and hopefully, it can only go higher, since I'm actually enjoying my studies. After all, IT is the ultimate career goal for me, and by 2009, I will be working in that capacity with my AAS degree. We'll see about that...
