On the other hand, maybe I'm better off getting an IT job after I graduate from CPCC and forget entirely about UNCC. Since most of my credits will not transfer to UNCC, I should focus instead on getting a job doing what I love best: working on computers. After two cancelled A+ Certification courses this year and last, the third time's the charm, as I will continue my studies next week. Meanwhile, I'm still intent on finding a job that's hopefully close to my home, which is why I will try to get a position on my side of town to help pay for gas and many other home expenses (food, clothing, cleaning supplies, etc.) Ricky once told me that someone he knew got her Associates' Degree, and is now working as a Registered Nurse. I say good for her, and I wish her much continued success. I also know why he likes her so much, since he can't stop talking about her, and therefore, I hope he is happy with her. So maybe I will end up in the same situation as Ricky's lady friend, but there's nothing wrong with that. After all, the courses I'm about to take will lead to my long-overdue college degree. Wish me luck...
