This is where you can view Willow and Tara season 5 episode clips - which I've captured using a capture card I bought last year. Each video clip contains all the Willow/Tara moments that appear in a particular episode. I've saved each video as a WMV file, so you need to have Windows Media Player to run it.

I don't guarantee the links will stay up though (Angelfire accounts can be kinda unreliable at times), especially if the given bandwidth is exceeded. If the link is "SUSPENDED" - try it again in an hour or two, and you might have more luck with it.
