| 10/5/2 | High Impact Vs Murderous Intent for the Tag Team titles | BBK, Wolf and Midnight Felon |
| this weeks slam will be instant karma for murderous intent The scene opens up inside a fairly dark room that appears to be a basement. As the camera searches around the room it finds Spike preparing for his upcoming match at Slam. He is using a black and red punch bag that his hanging from the low ceiling above him. He hits the punch bag a few more times and then grabs it to slow it down before gently leaning against it. He looks up at the camera and begins to talk. Spike: It's becoming a little cliché now isn't. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, me and Wolf are ready. Ready to take those titles from the Regime and from Murderous Intent. It all started because of the Bunkhouse Brawl. Both myself and Wolf were having heated words with Murderous Intent on the run up to the Brawl and both of us realised that it would never be a fair fight against them. We both wanted to teach them that they are not as untouchable and flawless as they have every one believe. Then we got to the Brawl itself. At some point, myself and Wolf faced Murderous Intent and both times, we fought to a stale mate. There was no decisive win or loss over each other. In fact, if my memory serves me correct, me and Wolf actually fought each other at some point as well. That just fueled the thoughts that were in my head. When I knew that he would stand up to me and go toe-to-toe with me, I knew that he was going places and that he had all the potential in the world. In fact, he reminded me of me when I first started out here. Never being given a real opportunity or always having someone there to hold you back from your true destiny. For possibly similar reasons, he saw the same in me. So we joined forces to battle Murderous Intent. But then, surprise, surprise, just as the numbers were even, Murderous Intent form the Regime. A way to hide from being in a fair fight. They increase their numbers so that they can have an advantage over us, but guess what, we don't care. We know that come Sunday Night Slam, we will be able to pull off the win and overcome the numbers that you place before us. Spike pauses a moment as he stands up straight and starts to walk across the dark room. He walks over to where a small make shift ring is with a sole light glaring down upon the middle of it. The ring is small compared to that of a professional ring, but it serves the purpose of which it was built. Spike looks up in the ring to see the enormous figure of Wolf sparring with an amateur wrestler. Wolf towers over the smaller man and toys with him for a few moments before lunging for him and dropping him to the canvas with a hard takedown. Wolf backs himself off to the corner allowing the other man time to gather his senses. Spike turns round so that his back is to the ring and leans against the ring apron. He winces slightly as he hears a loud thud on the canvas and the smaller man shouting in agony. He turns around to see Wolf standing over him and the other man clutching at his arm. Spike turns back to the camera and carrys on speaking. Spike: You see what you guys have got to go up against. Wolf is like a man possessed, and he will stop at nothing. I know that that is the type of thing that everyone says, myself included, but when you look at Wolf or myself in the ring, can you really doubt us? My track record speaks for itself, and Wolf, well his will soon be one that many will only dream of, I don't doubt that for a second. BBK, I think that I'm looking forward to fighting you again more than I am looking forward to fighting Midnight Felon for the first time. BBK, I have a score to settle with you now, before, it was just business, now it's being made personal. You took what was mine, and at Slam, I'll return the favour. For all I know, when you won the TV title, it was because Bond let you. If you hadn't already made him the Regimes bitch, then maybe he would've broken up the pin fall, I guess we'll never know. I'd be a bit worried about that if I were you BBK, doesn't that just instill doubts that you might not have beaten me if he wasn't in the match. In a one-on-one match, we don't know who would've won, but I guess that when I come back for MY TV title, we will. I know what you're thinking now BBK, you're thinking "The Regime is so cool. We have all the belts and the Simcoe County title will be ours soon as well". I have to disagree with you there. After this week, you'll have lost the Tag titles, and as for the Simcoe title, I think there is more to the other competitors than meets the eye, so I wouldn't be counting on Chris Bond to bring home the gold. Spike pauses for a moment as he turns around to see Wolf leaving the ring and the other man still curled up in a heap on the canvas. Spike smirks to himself as he pictures Midnight Felon and Mr. Ego in the same situation. Spike: Then there is you Midnight Felon, you're riding on a real high at the moment aren't you. Going from strength to strength, moving on to bigger and better things. Well, that's going to change real soon. Me and Wolf are going to give you something that you haven't experienced much, the taste of defeat. To steal a line from a film, Felon, to me you're somewhere between vermin and the white stuff that accumulates at the side of your mouth when you're really really thirsty. Something tells me that I'm not the only one who shares this view. It's blatantly obvious that you guys aren't making any friends around here, in fact, I think everyone outside the Regime couldn't care less whether you live or die, and to be honest, I don't think you care about that. Felon, you're the type of guy who strikes me as using anyone and everyone to get to the top and not caring about who you hurt along the way. Look at what you did to Sloppy Joe, and more recently, Devin Hawk. These actions aren't the actions of a man who deserves to hold a title as prestigious as the Provincial Heavyweight title, and in good time, you can guarantee that I'll be there to see you lose it and fall from the high pedestal that you have yourself on. It won't be the way you want to see yourself in a match, but you won't be able to do anything about it, 'cause when the time comes, you will get what is coming to you. Felon, BBK, it's all about Karma. What comes around goes around, and this week, you'll both know the meaning of what it is like to be beaten and humiliated in front of everyone when we take your titles. Neither of you really believe that we can beat you, and that will be your downfall. You believe in your abilities so much and underestimate us so much that it has blinded you from the reality. Soon though, soon you will get the reality check that you both need, soon High Impact will be the name on everyones lips. Spike walks away from the side of the ring and over to where Wolf is now sitting. Spike starts to talk to Wolf as the scene slowly fades to black. |
