(For the Tag team titles)

no chance in hell...

The scene opens up with a shot of a Spike sitting in his locker room, following his match on Sunday Night Slam.  He is sitting on the floor, leaning in the corner.  He is wearing his usual blue denim jeans and a plain black t-shirt.  He He looks up at the camera slowly as begins to talk in a raised tone of voice.

Spike: As hard as it is to believe, I am here now without something that should've been mine.  That TV title shot was mine for the taking and it was ripped away from me.  BBK, soon enough, I will get in the ring with you again and I will finish the job I started in when we took the tag team titles.    

Spike looks away from the camera for a moment while he composes himself and begins to talk again.  

Spike: Speaking of the tag team titles, it seems as though High Impact's first defense is scheduled for this week.  It also seems to be against two men that myself and Wolf are getting to know.  Extreme Warrior, you were right last week.  I should've done my homework on you, maybe then I would've known what you were truly capable of.  Don't be fooled though, it won't happen again, not when my title is on the line.  You see, me and Wolf, we worked too hard to get these titles to drop them to two guys who have never even teamed together before.  We may not have had to win many matches to get to the top, but we did what no-one else has ever done in SCCW, we beat Murderous Intent.  They were the dominant team, but not anymore.  The competition seems to have dropped in the tag team division, and do you know why?  It's because people are intimidated.  They know that when they step in to the ring with a team like High Impact, they are fighting a losing battle.  We are undefeated and that's the way it is going to stay.

Spike pauses as he lets his words sink in to whoever is listening

Spike: Extreme Warrior, this week will be different to last week.  Last week, I may have overlooked you slightly, and I'll be the first to admit that that was the wrong thing to do, but you know what they say, your vision is always clearer in hindsight.  But that was last week, there is nothing I can do to change that so I'm not going to dwell on it.  Instead, I'm going to move on.  It just happens that moving on takes me in your direction once again.  I'm looking forward to this week Warrior, I will get the chance to rectify my mistakes and do what I said I would do last week, beat you for the three count.  You should know after last week, that I will stop at nothing to get the win, but that's going to go to a whole new level this week.  When the titles are on the line, I step my game up, and so should you.  It's won't be an easy win, everyone knows that this match will be a difficult one, but the outcome is pre-determined.  High Impact are destined to take over and dominate SCCW, and this week will contribute to it.  Extreme Warrior, you're a great wrestler and if the circumstances were different, then who knows what might happen, but they aren't. You have to play with the hand that you are dealt and let me tell you now, your cards aren't looking too good.  Last week, I wasn't prepared for the challenge that you would give me and that let SXP walk out with the win, but this week, I will be ready and I will personally make sure that you do not leave with a title belt over your shoulder.

Spike stands up from the off floor and walks over to his locker.  He takes black leather jacket out of it and puts it on.  He turns around to face the camera and sits down on a steel folding chair that is set up in front of his locker.

Spike: I can't forget about you though can I Mike.  You seem to have gotten yourself involved in a fight that you just won't win.  Before, you were just screwing around with Wolf, and that's fine, we can both take care of our business, but now.  Now you've slipped over into screwing with me as well.  Let me tell you this for free, that's something you just didn't want to do.  You might have got the win over Wolf last week, but it was a once in a lifetime deal.  I have been paying attention to you Mike, since you took it upon yourself you attack my partner a few weeks ago.  Last week, I was watching what was going on with you and Wolf, and I have to say, you really like to dwell in the past don't you.  No-one can take away your accomplishments in GCW, but we're not there now.  Too many people try to get along in a new place by living in the past and trying to ride to the top on their former glory. but it doesn't work.  When I first started out here in SCCW, I could've gone on and on about being a former World Champion but I didn't, not because it hasn't happened but because I knew that no-one here cared.  It's the same now Mike, me and Wolf, we don't care what you've done before.  While Wolf is ready to tear you limb from limb, all I care about is the twenty minutes or so that we are going to be in the ring together.  All I care about is making sure that myself and Wolf leave Slam with our title reign still intact, and let me tell you right now, when I set my mind on something, it does happen.

Mike, you can try to talk your way out of an ass kicking all you want, but now that the match has been made, it's inevitable.  You want to get the top here in SCCW, well, to quote Gametime, High Impact IS the top level.  We are the mile stone that everyone is trying to attain, we are the men that everyone wants to be, and we ARE the best tag team in this business.  Between us, we're damn near flawless.  Everyone makes mistakes, even us, but not this week.  We are going to be on you guys so quickly that the moment you slip up, the moment you drop the ball, it'll be all over.  We have the ability to end this match in a heartbeat and whether it be from the Wolf's bite or the Impaler, one of you is going down for the three count.

Spike stands up slowly and grabs his title belt.  He places it over his right shoulder and picks up his bag in his left hand.  He walks towards the door and opens it.  Just as he starts out through the doorway, he turns again for a final comment.

Spike: As for all you wannabe teams in this tournament, watch real close this week.  Watch what me and Wolf are capable of and then reconsider whether you really want to win this tournament or not.  Cause if you win, then you have to jump into the lions den and High Impact will make you both just another victim.

Spike heads through the doorway and down the corridor towards the car park as the scene fades to black.
