EWWW fangirls

Yes, another random rant, because I'm cool like that.

Today I decided to write about what some people call themselves... "fangirls".
Now if you didn't know, I'm apparantly obsessed with Tom Felton. I think he is one of the greatest people alive. Hahaha. But, you see, I don't take it to the extreme. I have icons on Livejournal of him, a layout here of him and a layout of him on my Livejournal. But some girls are just.... TOO obsessive.

For instance:
"i love Draco Malfoy. He is like totally mine. There is nothing you can do about it. *snickers* I also enjoy reading, acting, and being obsessive over Tom Felton, Orlando Bloom and Daniel Radcliffe. If you say something bad about me, I swear I will kill you. *snickers louder*"
That? Too obsessive.

Most of the letters say the same stuff, but I like reading them all anyway. Every letter I've got, I've read, and you do get the odd one that's different. A Japanese woman sent me a wooden spoon for Christmas to wish me good luck. The Japanese fans always send weird things. Some people have sent half-hearts and broken crystals and all kinds of things, but I just add them to the collection. Maybe one day I'll understand what it means, but until then...

Half hearts? Puhlease, people. What are the chances of you ever meeting Tom Felton? Not big, you know.

Then there's of course the girls who write all over their books, I love so and so. Mrs. _____ _______. _______ + (favoritecelebrityhere) = <3. FJFJFJF.

Honestly, do you really think that they will ever meet you? It's rare to actually MEET celebrities, them being busy with... filming music videos or movies or whatever they do that you like about them. If you ever do meet one of them, the majority of these "fan girls" are a lot younger than the people they like. So what are the chances of you meeting them.. slim. What are your chances of ever dating them... Close to zero.

I'm not trying to bring anyones hopes down. For all I know, you could be dating some big celebrity and be a nobody yourself. To that I say, good for you. Just don't tell any of the fangirls.
