The big Chess Set that appears in the picture is located in the park of the University very close to the monument of the Réformation. There were many sets lying around. The pieces are made of plastic. Sorry no triple weighted pieces! They are heavy enough to play comfortably. There is a nearby cafe very nice that overlooks the street and the Place Neuve.
Las piezas (peces en Catalán) que aparecen en la foto están en el parque de la universidad de Ginebra, muy cerca del Monument de la Réformation. Hay alrededor de 10 sets diferentes de piezas blancas y negras. Una pifia! Son lo suficientemente pesadas para jugar sin problema. Cerca queda un hermoso café en donde se puede ver la plaza Neuve.
