Jo’s Agreement with Mum and Dad
We are making this agreement because Jo wants to get her "A" Levels and then go to University.
Jo’s behaviour is not the sort that would lead to that and has to be changed. Also Mum and Dad
see no reason why they have to be treated with disrespect when Jo lives in their house and is
fully dependent on them. We all accept the points in this agreement.
Mum and Dad promise that they will:
- Support Jo financially and ensure that she has everything she needs to get her "A" levels and
beyond. They are proud that she is the first person in their family to do so well at school.
- Help her to organise herself to complete her work on time. Dad also promises Jo that he will
meet with her at least once a week to sort out her schedule and more if necessary.
- Recognise Jo’s right to privacy.
- Recognise Jo’s right to a balanced social life.
- Not shout or scold Jo but discuss problems in a calm way.
- Never administer a spanking in temper.
Jo promises Mum and Dad that she will:
- Always get the highest college marks for effort, punctuality and handing work in on time.
- Receive regular tutor reports that she is likely to achieve her target "A" Level grades even
if individual bits of work go wrong. Note: my target grades are all As
- Play a full part in running the house along with Mum and Dad and recognise her Mum and Dad’s
expectations for a clean and tidy home.
- Always behave in a respectful polite way to them.
- Make sure that Mum and Dad have no cause to worry about her safety at any time.
- Make sure that her social life is balanced and safe and that it does not interfere with or
disrupt Mum and Dad’s life. Also those certain family obligations such as visiting Granny are
not left out.
- Accepts her Mum and Dads right to spank her
Sanctions
We are all agreed that most of the sanctions such as grounding and stopping TV are no longer
workable at Jo’s age. We therefore all agree that the use of spanking is our best method. Jo
agrees that Mum and Dad have the right to point out any failure to meet the promises she has
made. This is how a spanking would come about:
- There will be one warning discussion between the three of us about the problem.
- If the situation does not improve Jo recognises Mum and Dad’s right to impose a Warning Spanking
that she must take.
- Failure to sort out the problem or the appearance of a new problem will immediately result in a
Proper Spanking.
- Any continuation of problems new or old will result in a Serious Spanking and these will continue
until Jo’s behaviour improves.
Warning Spanking
Will be administered by Mum or Dad and will be ten smacks with the slipper. Jo may keep her
bottom covered with some light piece of clothing such as knickers or pyjama bottoms.
Proper Spanking
If administered by Mum it will be twenty smacks on the bare bottom with the slipper. Dad may
watch but only so he can see Jo’s face. If Dad does the spanking Jo may wear one article of light
clothing as for the Warning Spanking but Jo will get twenty five smacks.
Serious Spanking
The same arrangement as for a Proper Spanking but Mum will give 30 smacks for the punishment
and Dad will give 35 smacks.
After any spanking Jo will spend one hour in her room on her own to think about things.
