Specifically created terms
spatial shift - It means almost exactly the same thing as velocity in a classical universe, although it is only used to refer to the velocity of a reference frame in such a classical universe. The idea is to emphasize velocity's duality with temporal shift.
temporal shift - A term needed to be created for velocity's equivalent in a Time Classical Universe.
beta shift - It means almost exactly the same thing as velocity in a relativistic universe, although it is only used to refer to the velocity of a reference frame in a Space-and-Time Classical Universe or a Space-time Relativistic Universe. The idea is to emphasize that there is a corresponding temporal shift.
Space Classical Universe - This is the same as a Classical or Newtonian Universe but the term is used to emphasize a classical universe's duality with a Time Classical Universe.
Time Classical Universe - This is the name that was created for the time/space dual of a Classical Universe.
Space-and-Time Classical Universe - This is the name that was created for the universe in which spacial shift and temporal shift are combined but in a way that there is still no symmetry between the different reference frames.
Space-time Relativistic Universe - This is not a created term but it matches the names of the other universes.
