Mid-Summer Update:
After rejoining the Space Cowboys for one (1) and a half (1/2) seasons, Mr. Brinkman has once again been optioned to the Louisville affiliate Earth Cowboys. In Louisville, management hopes he will regain the form he posessed in the Spring season. Scoring down low and outside, while continueing to play the defense he is known for.
Right now the future is cloudy for this once very promising prospect. After several failed attempts, Mr. Brinkman will have to proove he is worthy of being given one more opportunity to show he has what it takes.

Summer Season Review:
After Mr. Brinkman's demotion to the Louisville affiliate earth Cowboys he made one more appearance with the "big club" due to the spectaculous numbers he put up in the International League Champinship. In that one game Kevin performed like his old self, shooting 2 of 9 from the field. Although he did not have any technical fouls, his perofrmance as a whole was poor.
On a more positive note, Mr. Brinkman was one of just a few 'boys to actually raise their scoring average from the Spring to Summer seasons. This just goes to show how much potential this kid has. He will be invited back to play with the Space Cowboys on a non-guaraunteed contract, with team officials still hoping he can improve even more.
