    Some great news has just been brought to our attention here at the 
Occasional Orbiter.  After talking with a member of the Space Cowboys, we 
learned the the 'boys are not completly out of playoff contention.  That's 
right, after seeing a bracket, partially made out, he realized that if the 
hometeam wins their game this Tuesday, they should automatically make said 
playoffs.
    Right now the 'boys are in a 3-way tie for the last available spot.  
They are tied with the "thuggy thugs" and the "thugg e. thuggs", of the 
Fillabong and JTC variety.  And if you remember from your reminder, they 
will take on JTC Tuesday.  So, in our calculations, as long as they defeat 
the "thugg e. thuggs" again, they should be in.   This is not defifnte 
though.  It depends on the "tiebreaker".  Assuming Fillabong is victorious, 
our 'boys will be tied with them.  Our thoughts are that the "tiebreaker" is 
overall score.  In which the hometeam would have a twenty-two (22) point 
advantage.  If, in fact, they lose, the Space Cowboys are goign to the 
playoffs, where they are bound to make a run.

    This may sound confusing, but in fact it is very simple.  This definflty 
brightens the lives of all of us affiliated with the Space Cowboys.  This is 
just all the more reason to come support the "fellas' as the vye for that 
final post season spot.  And, in case you forgot, they will be playing, 
Tuesday, June 12th, at 9 P.M. at Sports of All Sorts in Florence.  Don't 
miss out!!
