When we talk about "nation", we mean the universal culture of all people, wherever they may be, through  their collective consciousness, and their birth right to eternal freedom

This is the perimeter of the "nation", which has the power to unite all antagonisms into complementary units, being the expression of life itself, wreathing it as the rainbow, growing into a spiritual nation, that makes us visible to each other in a most efficient way, bending itself as time through matter, localising  our seatown Lasoberana and rendering it physically visible, and building itself fromout the most important law of universe: measure.

Who are we, the ten thousand?
We are the first ones of the people, reckognizing one only law: the law of alteration.
We are persons, units, we are physical, but at the same time mystical.

We are not the creators of the Idea, but we know the Idea since the first beginning until its fullness.
That is why we act sometimes as advisors, sometimes as cooperators, but we rarely really take action, sometimes using our own name, or, as a contraction of various among us, using one only name.

We have known  the beginning and have realized the fullfilment of the state, namely: ten thousand inhabitants.
But as this is not our destiny, we are giving a place, each of us, during the period of growth, for each of the Sovereigns, until the Sovereigns have completed their full number, then our mission has been fullfilled.

They are called Sovereigns, those who confirm in responsible integrity their independant attitude of life, or their life conditions as inhabitants of this land, by the expression of their activities, and by regulating all things. The  co-inhabitants are not juridical subjetcs, on the contrary, they have the same horizontal right as do have the states.

Fromout this perimeter: without being obliged, uncompromised, making ourselves visible, with the smile of the nation, in an interior, serious happiness, the equilibrium between actions and thoughts, passion and spiritual power, that are the characteristics of a happy, understanding and hopefull being together.
