They are operating throughout the whole territory, surveying desert as well as sea in their superior, fast and unbelievably manoeuvrable crafts, powerboats and wings in ground effect. 
These crafts are  self-maintaining, very personalized and specially designed for one or two persons. Their maintenance is very simple.
The knights are also serving as watchmen on the city walls. 
They are first of all serving and helping.

If their help is wanted, they may leave the teritorial boundaries but only for humanitary reasons. 
Their major attitude is of service and their operational area goes as far as the residential area.
They must be able to be agressively operational, when the population is in an emergency situation due to outside agression.
