I'm sorry this a bit of a repeat of a previous email but we need to establish ground rules with the coaches before we go much farther.

1. For this season I would like the website to be our means of communicating with your coaches. Schedule changes, clinic info etc will all be posted on the home page of the website. Please have your coaches check evry day if possible to make sure they have the latest information. You will notice there are two schedule changes posted already.

I will also have a message on the game score phone in number, 691-5696, to back up the website information.

2. Phoning in game scores and faxing scoresheets. The game score phone in number is 691-5696. Winning coaches are expected to phone in game scores immediately, if not sooner, after their games is complete. The scoresheet is faxed to 235-4645 as soon as the coach or person appointed by the coach can get to a fax machine. I do not expect to get score sheets faxed before Monday, those that do, I thank you. Both the score phone in number and the fax number are printed in the top left hand corner of the scoresheet.

Thank you all for your cooperation and support in this matter. I know you are all busy with your associations and I hope this will not cause you too much inconvenience but one of our aims is to ask the two city newspapers to publish our division standings as often as they can. It is embarrasing to say the least if 25 to 30 scores are not showing up each week, which is the average on any given weekend. Just once before I go to the big basketball court in the sky I would like to report that every single game score was phoned in.
