Our aim is to serve the local church and build up the Sound Ministry Team with useful advice, peer group interaction and technical resources. SOUND DOCTRINE is constantly evolving, so return here often to see what's new.
SITE INFORMATION
Background music on the home and menu page is a contemporary rendition of the 17th century hymn Praise to the Lord by Joachim Neander. Lyrics and a bio of the author can be found at The Cyber-Hymnal.
This website was initially coded using MS FrontPage and Adobe PageMill. While it was easy to produce pages, I found it more interesting to write my own HTML & JAVA code from scratch. If you're interested in setting up your own webpages and want to learn the basics of HTML, download a zipped copy of the freeware program Web Tutor here. (Highly recommended) See the links page for additional HTML resources.
MAILING LIST
Messages can be read via the Web at egroups.com/group/church-sound, as well as email to your nominated email address if you select that option. Whether you're a novice or someone with years of technical experience we value your participation.
