Five Bear Cubs
Five bear cubs were peeking from their cave.
The first one said, "let's be brave."
The second one said, "Let's see what's outside"
The third one said "I'd rather stay in and hide."
The fourth one said, "Mother will be mad."
The fifth one said, "Now, she'll be proud and glad."
Then "Grrrrr," went mother bear, seeing her cubs outside
And the five bear cubs scrambled back inside
Five Black Bears
Five black bears out to explore.
One ambled off to look for berries.
Then there were four.
Four black bears, climbing up a tree.
One ambled off to look for honey.
Then there were three.
Three black bears on roots began to chew.
One ambled off to fish and swim
There there were two.
Two black bears resting in the sun
One ambled off to find a den.
Then there was one.
One black bear, yes, only one
He ambled off to find a friend.
Then there were none
Two Little Bear Cubs
(Five Little Ducks)
Two little bear cubs went out to play,
Over the hill and far away.
They rolled and tumbled in the grass so sweet,
They sniffed all around for some honey to eat.
Then two little bear cubs heard their Mama call.
So they ran back home, and that is all.
Here Is a Cave
Here is a cave
Inside is a bear
Now he comes out
To get some fresh air
He stays out all summer
In sunshine and heat
He hunts in the forest
For berries to eat
When snow starts to fall
Her hurries inside
His warm little cave
And there he will hide
Snow covers the cave
Like a fluffy white rug
Inside the bear sleeps
All cozy and snug.
Three Brown Bears
(3 Blind Mice)
Three Brown bears
Three Brown bears
See all their beds
See all their chairs
The Mommy cooked in
a big brown pot.
The Daddy's porridge
was much too hot
The Baby Bear
always cried alot
Three Brown Bears
Three Brown Bears
I am a Panda
(You are My Sunshine)
I am a Panda
A furry Panda
I live in China
And eat bamboo
It is a thick grass
That grows in my land
and it's not that easy to chew
Are You Sleepy
(Frere Jacques)
Are you sleepy, are you sleepy,
big brown bear, big brown bear?
Wintertime is coming,
Wintertime is coming,
Very soon, very soon.
Find a cave, find a cave,
Big brown bear, big brown bear.
Wintertime is here,
Wintertime is here,
Go to sleep, go to sleep.
Time to wake up, time to wake up,
Big brown bear, big brown bear.
Springtime is here,
Springtime is here,
Wake up now, wake up now.
Time for Sleeping
(Sing a Song of Sixpence)
Now it's time for sleeping,
The bears go in their caves.
Keeping warm and cozy,
Time for lazy days.
When the snow is gone
And the sun comes out to play,
The bears will wake up from their sleep
and then go on their way.
