Special Techniques: Water runic magic. Techno-armor: The armor Wevli wears has the power to access Hammerspace, where Wevli keeps some of his devices on call, including additional weapons and support devices like metal shields.

Appearance: The water origin dragons of the dragonkin looked as if they were from China or Japan, whiskers showing what they said was the wisdom of their heritage. Wevli’s deep blue scales complement the blue-green robe and steel grey of the techno-armor he wears into combat, otherwise wearing professional robes of his, being a white and green combination. His build is seemingly thin compared to other dragons like Ramah, though he still has some strength from his draconic heritage as a whole.

Personality: A genius in both technology and magical applications, Wevli is constantly thinking of new devices to build and test. He loves technology to the point that he has injured a teacher during his profession training when a small device he made was destroyed as a forbidden piece of technology. But, with his intelligence is a calculating mind as well, watching how others act and plan ahead for the occasion, with which his preparations is only matched by his general disregard on how the preparations are tested.

History: Wevli’s upbringing was a normal one for any dragon, following his same gender parent into their profession. With it being a non-combat profession, he started at an early 8 years of age in learning how to research, build and ultimately write about technology and other subjects for the great library of the Storm Clan. What was unusual about him though was his affinity for the technology studies, being able to find out what was technically wrong with a device by the time he was old enough to get his fight style training at 13.

Most of his time was spent in the lesser departments of research, just building small trinkets and dummy items for the training areas for the Storm Clan when not copying old texts onto new paper. Until he was 14, he hardly could call himself a researcher until he was given his own project to run. The notes he had taken shown promise in his own learning ability, to the point they suspected he could memorize notes in a book in one run through! Given his ability, they assigned him into a more important task, one of researching what weaponry there was on the outside, starting with what was known in books already. Wevli, seeing the different types of weaponry wondered why his own kind made it an impossibility to use the items themselves.

For 3 years, he had tried to make it a point to show off what he could make, both in useful tools and weapons tech he had read up on. Most of them were mixed with mischief if the event warranted a use of force, but all it led up to was his own placement into the releases onto the world. A way of keeping his words away from the other librarians until they knew what to do with the young librarian…
