- Shield Bracelet: Bracelet composed of tiny shields that creates a dome of energy around her, protecting her from all attacks.
- Kinetic Ring: Ring capable of unleashing enough kinetic energy to flip over a car.
- Bear Idol: A small belt buckle that increases Morgan's physical strength and endurance.
- Magic Earrings: Ruby earrings that nullify any form of magical assault upon her.
- Staff: A simple wooden staff carved with sigils and runes, capable of channeling any form of energy she calls upon.

Morgan is said to possess the ability of passing her consciousness into a younger body when necessary.

Appearance: Morgan is an extremely attractive echidna with pronounced... assets. Her fur is white and silky smooth with violet bands on her spines. There are also patterns of violet diamonds on her forehead and arms. Morgan typically dresses in an evening gown of some sort, cut to emphasize her beauty. Her only flaw - and the only hint of her true nature - is her black eyes, within which dwell pupils of violet.

Personality: Morgan is a calm and seductive woman not above using her body and feminine wiles to get her way. She always speaks the truth, but even so is adept at providing others with information that may as well have been lies for all the good they do them. She has a devious mind, however, and is always willing to trade away information or goods for favors or other seemingly harmless promises. A bargain made with Morgan is one that cannot be avoided, though - any attempt to renege or double-cross her is met with swift retribution. This rarely takes the form of direct battle but she is not above manipulating others to exact her vengeance. When absolutely necessary, she may even bestow an entropy curse upon the unlucky individual that will plague them until their debt is repaid.

History: Not much is known about Morganna the witch. She is rumored to be hundreds of years old and is speculated to have been born during the Age of Enlightenment. Over the years, she has frequently stolen the bodies of younger women to house her supposedly immortal soul, slowly consolidating her power and building her vast knowledge of the Old Ways, a form of magic long forgotten during the rise of Tolarian elementalism.

In modern times, Morganna adopted the name Morgan and opened an enchanted occult store visible to anyone with slightest magical gifts (and invisible to those whom she does not wish to entertain). She frequently lures these individuals in and exchanges knowledge or help for favors of one sort or another. Why she does this is unclear but if a 'customer' is unwary she inevitably buys out their souls and adds their power to her own, making her just as much of a threat to the magical community as an asset.

Despite this, Morgan is notoriously uninvolved with the world around her, preferring to pursue her research in solitude. For this reason she has not been a target of the Raiders, but remains a person of interest who is generally not to be trusted.
