CONDITIONS

I try to operate my business in an ethical and decent way, based
on the following criteria.

1. All photos are strictly the copyright of Michael Insall Photography/
    The Solent Photo Library supplied on the basis that they will only
     be used as originally agreed.

2. Payment is normally due within 14 days from invoice submitted
    when use has been agreed.

3. Original material such as transparencies is held by clients at there own risk.
    Loss or damage of material will be charged at a rate depending on the material
    but will be not less than £200.

4. It is expected that clients will take care of all material, which should be posted
    using registered post.

5.  Photos supplied may not be used in a derogatory, degrading or offensive way.

6.  While delivery of material will always be made as quickly as possible, MIP/TSPL
     cannot accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of delay to the arrival
     of material for whatever reason.

7. Please note that COPYRIGHT is NOT released until full payment for the image is received by MIP/SPL
