Sogakofe Secondary School old students association gives to school
August 28 - The 1985 Year Group of the Sogakofe Secondary School Old Students Association has donated 12 ceiling fans worth more than three million cedis to the school.
The donation was in fulfilment of a promise the Year Group made to provide facilities to the school to improve conditions.
"Better conditions at the school will lead to better and effective academic work of students," Mr Bright Drah, Chairman of the association, said.
He advised students to network with the past students to help the school and urged other year groups to support the school.
Mr Albert Yawlui, Assistant Headmaster, who received the donation, said the School needed support from other sectors, especially the old students union, to manage the School.
He said the School needed books for the library as well as printers to print examination question papers.
