| All ye All, It's been a long time since I sent any mail to all ye all even though there have been exchanges between me and some of you. I think we should also try as much as possible to task ourselves to, from time to time, to find out on how other folks are doing. It is bad when we don't send any feedback after we have received and read emails from other folks. It is worse when we don't even bother to check the mail at all. I think this is a technology we can use to our advantage. Get on board; don't just have an email account, have a functional email. Stay blessed. Sam Eworyi, even though you were not at the last meeting I posted the outcome of that meeting on the net, so please check that and let's have your feedback. The anniversary plan is on course even though at a very slow pace and indications (at least from the last meeting) were that you have a critical role to play in the realisation of our anniversary plans. Wake up and live, bro! Regarding Seli's letter on sponsorship. That is something she and I worked on weeks ago. We are now bringing it to your notice. I have ever notified the group about its 'existence' at our meeting. I have no problem about making copies and circulating. The bigger task is for those who distribute these letters to follow them up. Again, we have been trying to use the official letterhead instead of what we have now. Unfortunately Carly Ahiable has not been able to get it through. He said he did it in coral draw and saving it in word and mailing it to me has not been made possible. Can anybody give us a logo for our letterhead? So this is our headache. The other problem is that the accounts is not ready because we still haven't got the registration documents. In fact this is causing us some pain as I write. Seli has made some contacts for support and I have with me some forms that I must complete and return to the States, but I can't because it requires that we add a copy of our registration certificate which is, as of now, non-extant. I guess we have to restart the process with our money. What pains me though is that we made people to cough money for this task to be accomplished, but I guess we have no other option. I am grateful that you are alive and your thoughts about our 'well being' is sailing through to us. Stay blessed. Kafui Agbenyo welcome aboard! Stay blessed too!!! All ye All the latest is that Mr JEA Adjaklo who has been a father to our group lost his wife the popular Mammy on Wednesday 27th July at Mepe. I have been in touch with a member of the family. The family wanted to put SOSA on the obituary poster so I had to contact the national organiser and President. They have given their consent. But note that the man also had the 85ers in mind, but we have to go under the shadows of SOSA. Remember I asked all ye all to say a prayer for the woman. Remember I also asked you to do that for Dr. Attibu before he passed away. Keep saying your prayers! Life goes on!! For now the funeral has been scheduled for 10th and 11th September 2005. I believe you will be around. Please note that we are meeting again on 21st August 2005 at the GBC Club House at 2.30pm prompt. May the glory of God shine on your face, may his light shine on your every path and may he protect you as you seek to help our alma mater. stay safe stay blessed and b-right Bright it is |
