All ye All,
I am glad a new week has began in earnest and we are alive and are able to reach out to one and all.  We had another successful meeting last Sunday; successful doesn't mean numbers, I mean those who attended were able to put their heads together and think and take decisions on very critical issues. Present were Bright Drah, Grace Wotuh, Stephen Adeti,
Sam Eworyi, Yao Agbengu, Gameli Anaglate. We were later joined by JAH MOZART the d-hall prefect of '82-'83. He was in the neighbourhood for another meeting but could not resist the pull.

The decisions made were these; the chairman of the association will go to the school on Friday, 28th October, 2005 to meet all students (day/boarding) to talk to them about the anniversary and the important
role they have to play in the event. So far we have not really reached out to them, at least not formally. They are the key stakeholders who must certainly hear from us.

2nd, members of Sogasco 85 will meet the various committees that have been set up at Sogasco in connection with the anniversary on 29th October 2005 to seriously address organisational issues and also
assign specific tasks to these committees. We have not met them officially since they were formed. Again they have been formed to work with us; Basically we need to give them that sense of direction and ownership. This is the aim of that meeting. It is a lot of work and we
can't do it all alone. The meeting at Sogasco will also be our third general meeting in October; meaning that there will not be any meeting the next day at the GBC Club house. So please come in your numbers. I wish the akatsi folks for once (in the name of....) will be there.

The anniversary banners are ready and they must be flying anytime. Since the publicity committee has refused to work, we need to do more, each man a little something...

It was also agreed that the time is very near and we have to follow up on the letters we have sent round asking for support. We need to step up our efforts to pay the anniversary contributions and our dues.

More invitation letters will be prepared for us to take round.

We are still working on what gifts/ awards we should give to the ex-staff of the school. Sam Eworyi will check on some items we spoke about at the meeting. We honestly wish we had the money to give them 'big
things' but.....

So, all ye all who will, please keep hope alive and never let the flame glow less; keep the faith!!!

stay safe stay blessed and b-right
bright it is (unedited).
