All ye All,
Thanks for the ever-committed group that was able to attend our meeting. I believe many more people would have come if ..... had allowed. You are welcome next time. We were not able to move on as we expected because the committees could not really get their acts together. As a result the committees will sit again to rework and revisit some of the critical issues pertaining to their respective responsibilities in connection with the anniversary.

It is obvious now that we are running against time. 2 years and see where we are. The next two months are very critical and it will determine whether we move ahead or pack and recoil into our bed of slumber (and misery).

From now till the event takes place we have agreed to meet at least twice a month to be able to catch up with all the things that have been left undone. All the committees publicity, protocol and finance would
draw up their plans and then also work as a team to ensure effective use of time and other resources; there must be a rhyme and rhythm  in what we do.

Please each of you (team members and all) should look at the letters and see if it really meets our purposes. As soon as I get your feedback, I will make copies of the letters to you to carry round. again, each committee should please provide a list of individuals/ organisations that they would like to contact for support, so that the letters would be made for each of them. Where an individual or group is
named by more than one committee, we would agree for for to take it up. We need not take 2 letters to the same organisation. This is one reason why coordination of our efforts is really critical.

Dzoti and Gameli, please work out the finance issues as we discussed and kindly follow it up with the rest.  I have managed to put the acc # on the letter. Let's see how it looks on the letterhead.

The other issue we discussed was the funerals of Mrs Adjaklo and the in law of Grace Wotuh both on 10th September. we have agreed to go to Mepe to attend Mrs Adjaklo's; we will fully discussed this 4th September
2005.

All ye All, from now on, please please, let us make judicious use of our time. we must be prompt at our meetings. I must admit that I get worried when we come late and then want to rush the meetings. again, we
don't have to expect all people to have the same level of commitments towards our goals. Even in the midst of millions it is only the committed few who can do it all, and events of the past have shown this to be true. Some are always there, I pray that they hang on to our cause whilst those who come and go, hopefully, change their permit to stay on course for our cause.

It is a beautiful task, it is onerous, but not impossible. I count greatly on your commitment, dedication and love for humanity.

Stay safe stay blessed and b-right as we struggle to put the smiles on the face of generations to come. They will love us for loving them; It is true, believe so.

Your humble (and sometimes worried, man in the chair)
