A lot of players must have been tired after the Friday tournament finals because attendance was off this week. Congratulations to Polly and Ron for winning the tournament. The low attendance didn't dampen the revenge of the CATS for the merciless beating they took last week. This week the CATS came back, claws flying and ripped the RATS 16 - 2. The CATS had three undefeated teams for the day: Jin_Z1/Francylou; Jean/Duthie; and Myrna/LittleSwan. Novelty/GaleB won the last pairing for the CATS to clinch all the double points in the final round. The RATS tried a "sneak substitution" in the second round by bringing in Realbetis for his dad, but to no avail. The CATS saw right through the ruse and never slowed down. There was much snarling and gnashing in the lounge with vows of revenge and promises of further dominance, but everyone seemed to leave in one piece and eager to return.

The teams are made up at random and although there is little loyalty from week to week (with the exception of Cathugo who is the original CAT) once put on a team, there is fierce loyalty during the tournament. One week you may be a CAT, the next you might be a RAT. That's part of the fun, you never know. Please get a partner and come out next Saturday at 4:00EST.
