We had 6 tables this week and an exciting match. This week the CATS beat the RATS on the last table to pull out the victory. The final round pitted two undefeated teams in a head to head match. Lorrobb and Flaunce representing the RATS defeated Cathugo and Dittny in that match-up. Jean1998 went undefeated for the winners (she had two partners because her regular partner Dutchie was late and Connie helped win the first round). We added a new wrinkle to the tournament to make it more competitive. We played 8 hands per round instead of 6. This seeded to be well received by most and we will give it a little longer before we decide which way works out best. Be sure to come and join us every Saturday at 4:00pm EST in Social Lounge 2. Registration starts at 3:30. By the way, if you don’t want to join the tournament, please feel free to come and kibitz and join in the fun (be sure the table doesn’t mind if you kibitz – most don’t).
