Title Successfully Defended

Wow – what a great time. Team CATHUGO defended the title against team BIGMOJODADDY. We started at 4:00 EDT this week hoping to make it better for our European friends. It was obviously successful as we had 12 pairs playing.
Team CATHUGO was made up of:
Cathugo/Dittny (Jean1998 subbed in 1st round); Drannalee/Voicess; Salescoach/OldYank (sub Realbetis); Amuzyka/Papabud (sub Jean1998); RedRover/Winemo; Bebe/Lorrrobb.Team BIGMOJODADDY was made up of:
Big_Mo_jo_Daddy/Hoosang; Robinbird/Dmoen; Canadalass/Jan_met_het_plan; Kenny_ha2/Lotteryrose; Felden1/Steve_burdette; Elaine278/Royrob.The score was all even going into the final round. Captain met captain in a match that could have gone either way.
Neil "took one for the team" by trying for game on the last hand in order to pull off the win. When the hand went down, team CATHUGO had drawn first blood. Although it was close at times, the victory was sealed for the CATHUGO team with Bebe and Lorrrobb winning the final match.This makes team CATHUGO the only team to successfully defend the title.
Anyone interested in being a team captain, please let me know. Also, if there are 2 teams wishing to challenge each other let me know that too.
Today’s matches put us up to 44 participants in this tournament. What a great time it would be if they all showed up at the same time.
