a Poem?

A poem is a kind of writing that expresses a feeling or paints a picture with words.

Poems usually have special ways of writing called "figurative language".

METAPHOR
A metaphor compares a thing to something it is not.
"The moon was a copper penny in the darkness."
SIMILE
A simile compares something using "like" or "as" .
"The stars shine like diamonds in the sky."
"as quiet as a mouse
PERSONIFICATION
Personification means that you give animals or things the qualities of people.
"The sun woke up and smiled on the land."
HYPERBOLE
Hyperbole means exaggeration.
"I'm so mad I could chew nails!"
