Finally a faint signal came through it was the Sunder pilot and lance commander, " i have been downed and the Gallowglas is busy. You are on your own." It was at that they came into visual with the Gallowglas and his enemy the Catapult. They stood there watching as the Catapult jumped to try to kill the Gallowglas. With a shock the warriors realized their fate, as the Catapult put its foot actuator through the head of the Gallowglas. "SIR! here it comes!", the commander heard as he turned to see the Ripper VTOL speeding in for the kill like a vulture. "For The Glory Of The Combine" was the final yell as the helicopter fired its medium lasers searing everything in the vacinity. That last call was over the General frequency and heard by all warriors. The new standing order is no quarter. Kill them all!

The Dropship Brilliance was landing on planet as scheduled smooth as silk, but as most have found out nothing goes smooth in war time. A fighter wing attacked the dropship. It was only a leaopard so it could run, and it did. It ran right into an electrical storm that the fighters would not enter. And with good reason. the Dropship took two direct lightning hits. the first shorted the mech bays dropping mechs out of the dropship and the other shorted out all navigation equipment. So down the Brilliance went. With the electrical storm the Star league dropship had no way of radioing base for help. Seeing all of the action a cappellan patrol went after the salvage. Having been the fighters to attack the fighter group radioed back to base and a marik patrol arrived to pick up the salvage. and the Kuritan troops trying to get their reinforcements they sent a force to regain their troops.
The three lances converged in the river vally of the river Pacos. The fight started with a small amount of ferocity, but right as the engagement was about to become ferocious a very thick fog rolled in with rain and a large electrical storm. So the three units recovered what they could from the downed dropship. The engagement went without a hitch, or a kill.
