UAI huh? This digit signals the end of high school. The 19th Jan 2003 will be the beginning of the next stage.

My uai was fine. Fine. I'm happy :) Not perfect, not exceptionally well though. But at least it gives me options.

Would Com/law or Pharmacy be a better course? Or what do you guys think is suitable to me?

We got our HSC results today. How did I do? Not too bad, quite good but not excellent. They were acceptable. But...i guess i was surprised that Chem was lower than expected and lower than Eco. It is always so ironic. Eco shouldn't be good. Above all I was surprised that Mr Li's subjects, maths and physics actually did go quite well. OF course, my 4u wasn't all that great in comparision to many.

Uai will come out tmr. I might be happy or I might be disappointed. An ideal uai will only bring momentary joy. A disappointing uai would only cause grief for a couple of days.

I do have regrets...perhaps i should rephrase that to "I do have rooms for improvements". I really do, eg 4u. But i admit that I could only do what i could at that time. Measuring up to others' standards or expectations would only diminish ...my pride in my results(?).

Anyhow, some people really do have amazing results. Yet, for all of ur, having gone through the HSC and the stress load is an achievement in itself. We should all be proud of it and look and move forward to the next stage of our life.

I hope we all have learned valuable lessons in Yr 12. Disappointments make us stronger. Friendships and bonds formed in the process would be lasting. Not just academic values, but values that are unfound in textbooks, are essence to our life.
