21 07 04 Today was a half-day out. I was woken up by Jing ling's call at 8 30. Talked to her for half an hour before I had to get up and leave home for the train to the city. I got there five min before the schedule time and I was the earliest there. It was freezing cold so I decided to wait for them inside woolworth. (Standing next to the ATM inside Woolworth made me look abit suspicious to others). A short walk to kino, stayed there for a whort while then back to cinema for King Arthur. It's an ok movie. Then lunch and back home. Simple and short. Last night was cool. I have already forgotten why I was mad at Pong. I mean it's not the first time. But yesterday, I had enough of it that I typed her a sms saying that she's mean. Anyway, last nightI had forgotten what it was all about. I read a bit of the da vinci code (interesting and contraversial). Watched Idol, then a really really gooood anti-bush documentary! I feel like buyin the video when it comes out! It''ll be on again next tues 8 30 sbs. Anyway, im not gonna get into politics but bush (or those ppl around him) are big fat liars! More reading tonight maybe. Can't believe I know someone who got 3 HD and 1D. So crazy! Yet I mean ... very impressive. (ha, beat minbo in law by 1 mark he!he!)

20 07 04 Today, I went to Burwood in the morning to buy a second hand textbook from a second year com/law student. I met her on the economics and business faculty orientatin day in which she was there to help out. I mean..strange sometimes how you could meet people like that. Anyway, after Burwood, I went to Eastwood where I met Elizabeth, Janice and Jane. We had lunch. I was the only one eating chips. We sat on Eastwood Oval. It was nice and quiet. (I always think it's because it's winter) The sky was really blue. A sunny, cloudless but windy and freezing day. There was intermitant silence. I wonder if it was ever awkward to my friends. But I didn't really mind. What I care was that we were there. The oval reminded me of many fond memories. I remember how Eliz and I always sit near the swings after school and had our girl talks. That was then. And many other things... I like it there, nice and quiet. We could see the trains passing by too! Home now. Wonder if I should read or play or read...Tmr will be another day out. Even though I really don't feel like it but since I had organised it, i have no excuse not to go. A day at city and watch a movie, possibly King Arthur. I dunno. Uni friends are alright. I don't have a wide social circle yet I am content anyway. I know I am better at talking to people individually rather than a group. Wonder why. That's just me. My uni timetable is: mon:10-4 tues:10-5 Wed:10-6 So hopefully i'll have plenty of time to relax and study! :) What's everyone doing?....

14 07 04 Today was a family day out, from 10:30am to 9:00 pm. It's a weird day to start off with. In the car, Mum and Dad had a trivial argument which slowly died off as we got to a friend's house in North Epping. We were going to go to the city so we gotta get back our star city card for free parking there. Unexpectedly when we got to friend's place, the car battery ran flat. The car's pretty old...8 years or so with the same old battery which is 2 yrs above normal. ANyway, lucky it was at our family friend's house. I called NRMA who came after AN HOUR to check the battery! (as always..i mean..those ppl take ages). Then another one and half hour were wasted as we gotta wait for ANOTHEr guy to come to replace the battery! (that guy was way late coz he's supposed to come within an hr!!!) Anyway, by the time we could be up and running it was nearly 2, I think. That totally ruined our time. But nevermind. We got to city and had lunch. Walked around..shopping then to Town Hall, Kinokuniya....WE stayed there for 2 hrs or so. Mum and Dad were browsing around the Chinese section. Sharon and chris spent most of their time at the origami...handicraft section, Fred and Ronald were somewhere...basketball car magazines (?). I spent my time reading ...well i can't type chinese 'many rice' (translate into chinese meaning) . Then dinner at Thronleigh. A pretty simple day but not too bad.
