I wasn't going to update this..coz i dun have much to say.But since i feel like a break from studying....Have a look at this poem by Peter Goldsworthy (author of Maestro)
I drive out ten years
from the city's heady gravity,
from the safefy of numbers;
returning to childhood,
to fields of sweat and dust,
scraps of sucalypt,
wheezing crows;
to the backyard of summer,
the brown brown grass of home.
I mean nothing confounded by this:
no sermon against the sheep-race of cities,
no speech in praise of grass.
I prefer asphalt.
I mean just going onw on a long weekend,
driving back through montonous fields,
or driving in circles
through the same fields again.
I sleep in the car
in the sentimental night,
behind windscreens foggy with dreams.
Tired eyes alter the darkness
to the different geography childhood:
warrens trapped, bushes climbed,
beatings given and received.
From each dead field
these harvest of memory.
In the morning
sunlight reconstructs the world.
The sky is cold,
the kitchen windows shiver
in their fields.
In one of them I am a cild,
the woodstove is alight,
And from the chimney
dreams drift and vanish like smoke.

Yep, i went to school today. Didn't do much...but glad to hear Mr Townsend(eco)'s encouragement (and insults occasionally). He claimed to have (yes again) understood the 'female mind'. haha..anyway, he was quite understanding..what he said was so true. In a way..it was encouraging.

WEll..this has taken me another hr...just getting the cables..etc right. You know..my bro was fiddling with the two computers. ok....time to read ENERGY..and Monetary Policy..have a look at ENG LANG TECHNIQUES...what structured approach is...what EBNF is ...what Copernicus proposed...what is the CHORD OF CONTACT..just so much to do.
