| Stephanie, Natalie and I The Tabernacle around 3 that afternoon and hung out with Richard and Katie until the show started. The show was incredible! They didn�t have an opening band, so they got right to playing. They were wonderful. I was up front for most of the show, singing all the words to the songs, but had to get out because I was getting too crushed and I had breakable stuff in my bookbag. I was looking forward to hearing Mayonaise but they didn�t play it which was a disappoint. That�s by far my favorite song by them, my favorite song ever. They ended with Drown and it was absolutely beautiful. After the show, we were lucky enough to get a chance to go to the after party. I was really pumped about that because I had never been to an after party before. We were just waiting around upstairs for the band to come and they each came in one by one, very casually. Billy came in first and tons of people just ran over to him. But not me. Then Jimmy came in, so I went over to him, and I talked to him for a while. I told him that he was an awesome drummer. I got him to sign my MACHINA for me. He wrote, �all my love� JC. He�s so sweet. Then as I was turning around to leave, James was like right next to me. I absolutely ADORE James. He�s my favorite. So I got him to sign MACHINA as well. I told him that I really liked his white suit that he had on that night and he thanked me. I would�ve asked him more questions if I hadn�t been so nervous. But oh well. Next I went to Melissa and she was just so sweet. She gladly signed for me and told Natalie and I to be good girls. Lastly I went to Billy. He said, �You look familiar�� And I said, �Well I should, because we�ve met before.� I gave him this poem that I wrote about him and the whole Sharon Osbourne thing and I was telling him about it and he said, �oh well I don�t know if I want to read it if it�s about Sharon.� And I said, �Oh it�s OK cause she dies in the end.� He thought that was funny and he just laughed and smiled. Before we actually had gone inside for the after party, the powers that be had told us that we couldn�t take pictures but I saw a flash go off and people were taking pictures anyway, so I thought that I should take some too. So Natalie and I decided to go ask James for a picture. I got out my camera and James put his arms around us and we had someone take the picture. But the camera wasn�t working. Out of all the times for it NOT to work, that had to be the worst. We messed with the stupid thing forever. We got it to flash so we thought it was ready. We were wrong. It still wouldn�t work. So James said, �OK let me see it.� he tried to fix it. It was so cute! After a while he said, �Well, when u get it to work, come back and find me.� Eventually we just used Stephanie�s camera. But now I can tell everyone, �Hey guess what? James Iha used my camera!� Anyway, there were really cool & I�m so happy that I got to meet them all. | |||||
