Strawberry Pie Ingredients 2 cups sugar 4 tablespoons cornstarch 2 cups water 1 small package strawberry jello 1quart strawberrys, cut up 1 container cool whip Preperation: Combine the sugar, cornstarch,and water in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil stirring constantl. ,Remove from heat, and stir in jello, let cool. Then stir in the strawberries and pour into baked pie crust. Put pie into the frige and let it cool until set, usually over night. Spread cool whip over pie and serve. Pie crust for strawberry Pie Ingredients 2 cups flour 1/2 cup oleo or margarine 4 tablespoons brown sugar Preperation: Mix ingredients together as you would for any pie crust and press into a 9" pie pan and bake in preheated oven at 350* for 20 minutes.
