1 JALAPENO PEPPER, CORED, SEEDED AND CHOPPED
2 CUPS PEELED, DICED RIPE TOMATOE
2 TBSP. CHOPPED FRESH PARSELY, FLAT LEAVED
2 TBSP. CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER
1/2 TSP. SALT
FRESH PEPPER
PREPARATION
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE BOWL.
REFRIGERATE FOR 24 HOURS.
